Cookie information
Cookies are small files in your browser. They can enable sign-in or be used for advertising, for example. Here we explain how this website uses cookies and browser storage.
Check and forms
The Pflegeklar check keeps your unsubmitted answers in the browser’s working memory. The website’s own code uses neither cookies nor local storage for this. Once submitted, details are stored on the server as described in the privacy policy.
Privacy policy ↗Chat prompt
To show the small chat prompt only after 30 seconds and avoid restarting the wait when you change pages, the website saves the start of your visit in this tab’s session storage. If you dismiss the prompt, that choice is also saved for the session. These values contain no contact or care details and are deleted when the session closes.
Sign-in and hosting
The website uses the hosting platform’s sign-in system. The platform may use technically necessary cookies or similar methods for sign-in and security. A full list of platform cookies and their lifetimes has not yet been provided.
Advertising and audience measurement
Only with your consent, the Meta Pixel records page visits as PageView. Reaching the final check page is recorded as Lead through the Pixel and an optional server connection. A shared event ID prevents double counting. Contact details and check answers are not transmitted. Other advertising trackers and our own visitor statistics remain disabled. Details and withdrawal options are provided below.
External links
Social media, newsletter and chat services open as links when configured. Providers may set cookies on their own pages. You decide whether to open these links.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting or blocking sign-in cookies may require you to sign in again or prevent the website from working fully.
Your privacy choice
We store your privacy choice in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Essential login, security and language functions remain available. Hosting and security logs may contain technical connection data.
Visitor statistics, location measurement, individual step tracking and Google and TikTok advertising measurement are disabled.
Meta: Facebook and Instagram
Only with your consent, we record page visits with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited as the standard event PageView, and reaching the final check page as Lead. Lead does not mean that you submitted an enquiry. For Lead, the Meta Pixel and optional server connection share an event ID to prevent double counting. Automatic events remain disabled.
We do not transmit contact details, check answers, salary estimates, chat content or documents. We transmit the event name, time, a random event ID for Lead, the public page address without additional data, IP address, browser information and any existing Meta browser identifier. Meta may set cookies, link this data to your account and process it in the United States.
Without consent and on protected pages, the pixel is not loaded. Withdrawing consent in cookie settings stops further events and pending server transmissions from this browser. Accessible Meta cookies are removed and browser privacy signals respected. Previously sent data is not automatically deleted at Meta. Pending transmissions expire after 24 hours; technical delivery records after 30 days.
Meta privacy policyEmbedded videos
The SRF report is embedded via YouTube. The video preview comes from our website; a connection to YouTube (Google) is only established when you click “Play SRF video”. Your IP address and browser information, among other data, may then be transmitted. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may use cookies or similar storage technologies during playback. Processing may take place outside Switzerland. This does not change your choice about our visitor statistics.
