Customer stories
More people need care at home.
Obsan projects around 42% more Spitex care hours for people aged 65+ by 2040, and around 63% more by 2050 than in 2023.
Families and professionals are both needed. Family carers deserve support and recognition.

What happens after the check?
We review your information and contact you personally. Together, we clarify your options. If you are eligible, we handle all the paperwork and arrange an in-person appointment for you to sign your employment contract and have any questions answered. Paid care then begins.
Do I need care training?
No. You can start providing paid care without care training. Further training helps you provide care with greater confidence, but it is voluntary.
What kind of help can be paid?
Many different care tasks can be billed and remunerated, such as helping with dressing, washing or eating. After the check, we clarify with Spitex and your health insurer which activities will ultimately be recognised.
How much can I earn?
Your pay depends on the recognised care hours and agreed hourly rate. The free pay check gives you an initial estimate. Go to the free pay check →
Is Pflegeklar free for me?
Yes. Our check, advice, registration and support are free of charge for you.
Can I do this alongside my job?
Yes, of course. Many family caregivers work and provide care alongside their job. Legal working-time and rest requirements must be respected. We check with you beforehand how both can fit together.
