Your journey with Pflegeklar

From your first check to your first salary.

  1. 01

    Complete the salary check

Tell us who you care for, which canton you live in and what you help with. After your initial estimate, we contact you personally, answer your questions and explain the next steps.

  2. 02

    Complete your dossier

Use your private link to complete your details online. We help you and prepare the assessment appointment together.

  3. 03

A qualified nurse from our Spitex partner visits you at home. They assess care needs and establish which services and hours can be recognised.

  4. 04

    Sign the contract

You agree on pay, deductions, care hours and a start date with our Spitex partner. Then you sign the employment contract. We help with the paperwork.

  5. 05

    Provide care and get paid

From the agreed start date, you document the recognised care services. Spitex pays your salary monthly. Your nurse continues to guide you and answer questions.
